We’re teaming up with Barry's and Arc for a Halloween night that turns up the heat and the chills.

Start the evening with a Barry’s class at 6.40pm, then head to Arc from 7.45pm for sauna sessions and cold plunges. Our Bar Lina bartenders will be there serving two refreshing non-alcoholic cocktails to help you wind down.

Complete the 5-minute Ice Bath Challenge, and you’ll earn yourself a complimentary drink at Bar Lina Canary Wharf later that night. Guests are also invited to join us at Bar Lina Canary Wharf after the class to continue the evening — enjoy your well-deserved drinks and a complimentary Bar Lina Tiny Cocktail on arrival, exclusive to those who join the event.
